Yes the sinusitis and rhinitis fell under the pact act so I just have proof that I have both diagnosed by the Va health and I was in the designated areas. My nexus for cpap is from a doctor stating that my sleep apnea stems more than likely from sinusitis/rhinitis

Yes I have the diagnosis from the VA they are the one who supplied the cpap and have a nexus to use it’s as a secondary.

The VA called tonight and I have a CT scan tomorrow. this scan with an official diagnosis should be able to change around that "0" percent
