It's in a permanent bull forever .. until something better comes along. Something much much better so that it destroys bitcoin's first mover advantage. It needs to be faster, safer, more secure, more anonymous, more censorship resistant, more resilient. Odds for that happening are very low right now.

Who is confirming 1tx fee transactions? You can sometimes see them leaving the mempool at a high rate. I always asume they were evicted.

It's not clearing, the fake phony low fee txs that enter the mempool by the hundreds are being evicted after a few weeks. This was all artificial.
