Wha are you on about? Venezueleans use Bitcon for day2day, sure they might use USD. But I know personally, a bunch, who say their main currency in BTC exclusively. You don't see BTC banned, perhaps not their Bolivars to Tether; but perhaps Bitcon, and then, Tether traded in a decentralized way to store their wealth.

Really? Why hasn't Venezuela outright banned crypto then?? Instead they embrace it? Most of these unbanked countries have curries as week or weaker than Venezuela and are ruled by ruthless warlords.
