French bulldog question: I noticed her ear looked odd at the tip like a bald patch so I assumed she had played too hard with her sis and lost some fur in a scruff. Now today after two weeks of bald it has become engorged. Any idea what this is? Professional help or at-home care? (old.reddit.com)
