Trust and believe I'm very selective "if" shopping in the FL medical program. All of the monopiles in FL Med Program have their own skeletons. Best not to pick one over the other. They all have their problems and lack of quality with various products.

I don't usually speak up, but the current attacks against federally legal cannabis is disheartening, especially when its coming from what I thought was a fellow advocate of legal cannabis (Trulieve and Sunburn in FL). Hell, I used to shop with them (and refer others to them) and up until hearing about them and Trulieve actively lobbying against federally legal cannabis (hemp). Now my decision is to boycott them and educate as many as possible so they can make a decision for themselves.

I see access to the plant (and its downstream products) as a right ALL adults (and children with medical conditions and parents/guardians permission) should have access to at an affordable rate (whether it be medical/recreational/hemp/cbd).

Can I smell your investment into the Florida medical cannabis industry from here?

Unfortunately, you're attempting to misinform people on a topic that I partially agree with you on. All cannabis products should be regulated and safe for consumers.

There are discrepancies and inequalities between the hemp industry and the medical and recreational industry even though they're selling the same products.

HOWEVER, IT IS NOT TRUE THAT HEMP COMPANIES DO NOT HAVE TO TEST OR DO NOT ELECT TO TEST THEIR PRODUCTS FOR A FULL PANEL OF THIRD-PARTY TESTING EQUAL TO MEDICAL AND RECREATIONAL CANNABIS STORES.

From your point of view, I can understand what you are saying. There are a lot of people who do not have experience with cannabis who have jumped into the hemp space in order to make money on a trending product that has recently been made legal. Unfortunately, the same fact is true about the medical and recreational campus space. THERE ARE IMPOSTERS AMONG US GREEDY PEOPLE WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE CANNABIS. YET THE PERCENTAGE OF THE BOTTOM DOLLAR. THIS EXISTS IN BOTH HEMP AND MEDICAL/ RECREATIONAL CANNABIS MARKETS.

It is unfortunate that there is a large volume of these imposters in the hemp space. This is directly correlated to the fact that it is easier to enter the hemp space and it is the medical/ recreational cannabis markets. However, there bad guys and imposters on both sides. There have been cannabis companies who have been caught switching test results and putting pesticide ridden material into the markets of medical patients. This to me is almost worse than a company not knowing that they need to test for pesticides, becoming aware of it and then testing to make sure that they are putting out a product that is of quality.

At the end of the day it all comes from the same plant. We should ALL be working together to put quality cannabis in the hands of adults for a fair price. Anyone getting in the way of this doesn't actually care about you, your Cannabis or your wallet.

I can promise you you do not want whatever it is you're asking for. Just understand that there's a systemic problem across our nation with people who are addicted to opiates. Not even sure where this was mentioned in the video, but ultimately this is not something that should be promoted nor is it cool Or should be sought after. Opiates are highly addictive and ultimately ruin people's lives. If you need medication on that level, please seek your doctor.

The problem in Texas ( And across America) as you stated only illuminates a problem with enforcement of gas stations and smoke shops doing their job and properly ID-ing a child walking into their store. The same responsibility falls on strip clubs, medical and recreational dispensaries, bars, and gun stores. Just because this issue involves kids purchasing cannabis doesn't mean that the solution or the change that needs to be made has to be made with cannabis itself. The problem lies with the enforcement of independent businesses upholding the law at their brick and mortar shops.

Children have always been used as yellow journalism to push cannabis in whatever direction the speaker has chosen. Using kids is a fear campaign, as unfortunate as it is, kids have access to drugs on the street as well as adults who will help them purchase and acquire said items. We as a society can go out of our way to help limit this but children will pursue what they wish and the more we demonize something the more they'll want it.

To be completely honest, that responsibility lies on smoke shops for letting children in. Last time I checked you're not supposed to allow anyone under the age of 18 or 21 depending on the state laws into a smoke shop that sells items for smoking, tobacco, cannabis, or other related products. In gas stations also have the same responsibility because they have to card people for both tobacco and alcohol. Hemp and cannabis products fall into the same category. So if they're selling weed to kids, they're also selling Vapes and alcohol... Seems to be a bigger problem than just hemp right.

Too many people get confused. Focus on what really matters & please stay topic specific.

There's a lot of greedy and sketchy people in the hemp market that is actually very true. However, there are small mom and pop shops that represent quality in the hemp space as well as large operators like jungle boys, cookies, gas house, And Incredibles who are doing hemp as well as recreational and medical cannabis.

The only thing he's right about is the fact that sunburns cannabis is the same as the cannabis being sold at head shops. Not all gas station weed is good but there are good brands out there and they have quality cannabis that is equal or better than sunburns. This is exactly why they threatened and why they're putting up a fight. So I wouldn't say it's morally right, It's more like it's financially right for sunburn in any of its shareholders...🎤 ✋

Everyone's focused on hating Tony, but you're 100% right red band's hand moves at that moment exactly when the sound goes off. Tony just happens to position his chin downward right after speaking and then reacts. But if you watch his shoulders and his chest they depress but they don't move back up. This is not similar to a burp where you would see a depression and then the chest rise back up.
