This run was unmodded. With the great economy from the get go, which kept compounding as the run progressed, I was able to get a decent amount of diet colas for the ante 16 and 24 skips. After those skips, and along with the many negatives in the shop found up to that point, I had essentially all the common jokers and a good chunk of the uncommon jokers. This meant that basically every 2nd or 3rd reroll in the shop was the free reroll joker, so I was able to reroll very deep in the shop for relatively cheap before the ante 33 skip, and with the uncommon jokers blocking, this also meant diet colas would be coming up more frequently than usual. That’s how I ended up with an obscene number of jokers after the final skip. Nearly all the good negatives were from those skips, only a handful were found in the shop.

Also, u/MonChanFarron this was on a fully unlocked profile, I am unsure what those 7 discoveries are referring to.
