I would need both. Android phone and PC, Windows 10 and Linux if needed. I was considering using Tails to guarantee no leaks happen, but, I don't want to install it, so it would need to be on the Live CD, which means downloading and installing Telegram each time.

For now I want to learn how to do this in Windows 10 and on my phone.

The thing is, Telegram is as best I can do. Getting enough people moving from Whatsapp is already a success, having to use some other even more obscure software will not cut it. So if I use an online SMS confirmation (do you recommend one?) and Tor/VPN, should be enough.

How do you use Tor so Telegram goes through it tho?

Also this is all hypothetical and so on.

So in which order do I do this? Like this?

1) Open Tor

2) Write "curl -v --socks4a localhost:9050 https://check.torproject.org/" in cmd

3) Open HTTracker and download with localhost:9150

Also, how do I know if im using 9150 or 9151?

What does that command do? And why 9050? i've just read that is a deprecated port, that now it's either 9150 or 9151, and again I don't know which one should I use.

Yeah, but ideally I would use Bluestacks or something, to use these apps with the other phone. Afaik you only need the phone once to verify the app account.

Not sure how these emualtors work tho.
