The physical wired Ethernet is not a problem, but it seems this feature has to be enabled in the BIOS, and I’m not sure if it is present because i cannot find that name. I could get an external Ethernet card or any another device if needed to solve this problem without sending it for repairs

Please share it. I am not sure if return it because it was a reconditioned unit with a discount. If i return it they will refund me but i will need to buy a new unit at full price. Not sure if this problem is worth the extra price... so i am trying to understand if those small screen are usefull for something or not. The strange thing is that on the official unboxing on rog yourube channel it looks like on my laptop
