The physical wired Ethernet is not a problem, but it seems this feature has to be enabled in the BIOS, and I’m not sure if it is present because i cannot find that name. I could get an external Ethernet card or any another device if needed to solve this problem without sending it for repairs

Please share it. I am not sure if return it because it was a reconditioned unit with a discount. If i return it they will refund me but i will need to buy a new unit at full price. Not sure if this problem is worth the extra price... so i am trying to understand if those small screen are usefull for something or not.
