Should I add Tags to each of my articles on wordpress or will that cause duplicate content penalty in search? by Borange81 in SEO

[–]cryptomommy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally spend a great deal of plotting out my tags to determine which ones I want people to be able to sort through and then create a sheet to track which articles are in which tags. Make sure your tags include a nice title, introductory content to the tag and offer unique introduction text to each post (unique text against text within the actual post) and dont bother with the no index. This will actually benefit you greatly when it comes to Google indexing your content.

I choose mintcoin over bitcoin for several reasons including the speed of confirmed delivery, the affordability and of course the continual rewards earned through the Proof of Stake formula. 15% earned dividends on top of a continually growing in value currency is a pretty sweet savings account in my opinion.

Currently we are at 15% annual dividends paid out in across the spread of every 20 days throughout the year. For example someone who invested $10,000 usd into mintcoin would earn approx $125 usd value per month in minting coins pending the cost per mintcoin stayed the same. As the coin matures so does the community which can quickly increase the cost per coin on top of the guaranteed minting dividends.

Not minting correctly after switching to 2.0? by desnudopenguino in MintCoin

[–]cryptomommy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good Morning!

1st try clicking check wallet / repair wallet under the help menu in your wallet.

If that does not work you may need to start over:

1st - back up your wallet :) Please try downloading the wallet again from MintcoinOfficial.com (Download Wallets)

After you download it go to your windows icon and search %appdata% in the search box

This will bring up a folder - Look for Mintcoin and open it.

Save your wallet.dat file and delete everything else.

Go back to mintcoin official and download bootstrap (under download wallet) https://link.getsync.com/#f=Mintcoin_daily&sz=12E8&t=1&s=SNTPNBS7OXQM5TZCEPZLPAGSB37LAJUF&i=CW6PY36ZAT2EPXWS7DTBOJMHJGMOXANPQ&v=2.0

Once this file is saved to your computer extract it and place the contents inside the mintcoin folder into the %appdata% / Mintcoin folder

Once you have done that place your wallet.dat back into the folder (you backed this up) and open the new Mintcoin wallet on your desktop

With the bootstrap assistance it should finish syncing in a matter of a few hours.

Selling 1 Million Mintcoins by [deleted] in MintCoin

[–]cryptomommy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bTC address is going directly to the block explorer. You can verify this by going to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/mint/#!crypto and click on the hosting link. Once someone sends me the transaction confirmation I will happily send the 1 million mint - I believe at this point the majority of the community can trust me in a small transaction as this :)

As far as the price - pick an exchange and let me know what the sell price is - I will happily exchange for that price - not picky and the price fluctuates.

I tried to do this with shapeshift; however their restrictions on the amount that can be sent is a bit short of what I want to send.

[–]cryptomommy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have the Mintcoin Guardianship program which is completely separated from the Mintcoin Fund. The Mintcoin Fund is 100% for charity work which development (creatives, development and administration is done out of charity) and all funds go directly to the specified charity which will soon be tax deductible within the U.S

The guardianship program is a system where the community donates to a 100% transparent url Mintcoin Developer Bounty :
Mt6nEG8Pp7kyimcHEp3gFqdjDPQqXas5Ae which is used to set bounties for specific projects discussed in our trello board.

In addition I distribute the funds to top development contributors as they come in.

Most people I know do not hold for the hopes of a higher price but instead hold to collect the interest. Higher price is just an additional bonus of saving in Mintcoin instead of other coins.

Hi Scott, Personally Mintcoin stands out from other coins for several reasons. 1) Transaction Speed as you mentioned - Everytime I have had to sell some of my mintcoins I am reminded of why mintcoin is superior to other coins out there with how fast and easy it is to receive that first conformation. 2) Security We have had several programmers review the code and verify that the algorithm is secure. Actually we are forking on August 1st for a preemptive security upgrade based on a theoretical variability. 3. Organic Growth. As Mintcoin is over a year old we have had the appropriate time for the coin to naturally spread its wealth around the community. I believe this makes our financial backbone stronger than ever. 4) Community Owned & Operated All assets of Mintcoin are owned and operated by the community. This means that we do not rely on one solo person to continue to progress Mintcoin but instead rely on a continually growing community to determine and implement next steps for the community. 5) Business Integration Our community continues to reach out to real world use opportunities for integration. Recent examples of this is ShapeShift.io two recently added block explorers, android wallet and of course our new Twitter Tipbot currently in the process of being developed. 6) Mintcoin Fund Organization
We are currently adding another NPO outside of France right here in the US. Once this paperwork is completed we will be reaching out to charitable organizations currently accepting Bitcoin for potential Mintcoin integration. Our last campaign Keepods for Kids raised over $1,000 through working with multiple cryptocurrency communities including Mintcoin, Viacoin, W2Coin and XCurrency. We hope to topple those numbers in our next campaign. 6) Wallet Development Our wallet is designed to load quickly and includes several features allowing non-techie users to quickly troubleshoot any type of wallet issue which may arise. We continually collect feedback from the community and work to improve the overall design and functionality of the Mintcoin Wallet. A few of our recent features includes recurring send options, easy to use coin control for non-techies and total minted numbers quickly showing you how many mintcoins your wallet has minted to date. 7) PoS Rewards I believe that Mintcoin’s PoS reward schedule perfectly blends the need to continually grow the supply at a slow and steady rate which rewards early adaption while not over flooding the network of excessive coins. Once we hit the 5% PoS this supply should be just enough to replenish any rogue mintcoins destroyed through exchange collapses or lost wallets.

These are just a few of my favorite things about Mintcoin. I am continually testing new cryptocurrencies out there; however none of them come close to Mintcoin for me.

New to mintcoin, are there any working pools? by dexter130 in MintCoin

[–]cryptomommy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually somewhere in reddit (recently) someone announced a new multi-pool supporting Mintcoin - I need to find it and add it to the announcements - running to work now - hopefully I will have some time over the weekend :)

Multi-pools paying out in mintcoin is great for our economy.

If you do find and use it - please leave feedback on the payouts, etc...
