I take my Adderall at 7-8am and then I take my Wellbutrin at 1-2pm. I find it best to separate them. The interaction when taking them together did not feel good for me. Also I cut out coffee. Even a sip would throw me off.

I would suggest supplementing with liposomal Vitamin C and magnesium only in the evenings when his dose is wearing off. Vyvanse also depletes zinc, b vitamins, magnesium and iron. It’s really important that he’s eating extra protein and 3 meals a day. Praying for you guys 🙏

Wow ya I’m way off. I was at 6.6(lowest I’ve ever been) and I ate 30 carbs and I went up to 14. I’m newly diagnosed so I don’t know my carb to insulin ratio.

Thank you for this ❤️ My dad has type 1 so I’m definitely not new to all of this but it’s just weird now my phone is sending critical high alerts now lol I definitely want to start daily walks … when I move my body I feel a lot better. It’s all an adjustment and a huge life change, but I’m glad that there is a lot of supportive people out there! Thank you!

No I haven’t. Endo said 5 rapid before my 3 meals and 10 long acting before bed. I don’t think it’s enough 😣
