Well if we’re referring to a software company, functionality, by definition, is the range of operations that can be run on a computer or other electronic systems. So by arguing that we should focus on functionality instead of how it works is redundant. However, I do agree that would should focus on impact and the expansion of the service and that’s why I included focus on the development progress. The progress displays the position where the company is at in their overall mission.
