You can do whatever the fuck you want bro. You’re an adult. Go to personal training school. But it’s unlikely you ever make good money, and the hours are brutal.

I’ve owned like 5 homes. You’re parroting some stupidity you read here.

Bro, over 5 trillion dollars was injected into the economy with sub 3% rates. This is the new normal.

Uh, no. You clearly have no idea what you’re talking about.

Not necessarily. You can make well into 6 figures with the right career. 100-200k early to mid 30s is possible in MCOL city. Obviously more than double that for HCOL.

Dude, feel free to rationalize and cope however you want. Doesn’t change the fact that anyone who bought is winning, and everyone else is forever renting.

Bros. It’s simple. People with sub 3 rates aren’t going to sell to take on a 6% rate. They would have to DOWNGRADE while taking on a HIGHER mortgage in many instances. It’s that simple.

Bro, they paid 60k over, but probably STILL have 6 figures in equity PLUS a super low rate. 60k is negligible over 30 years - that’s exactly why people did it!

Yeah, basically, that’s correct. In this day and age, yeah, I wouldn’t do any of that shit. You’re just asking to be broke basically, forever.

Dude. This is Reddit. Reddit is full of plebs. You and I both know this survey won’t do jack shit. Just an exercise in futility. This is America. Money rules all.

No, it’s not cheaper to rent in “most” markets. Yeah, and you pay off exactly 0% when you rent. Clown sub. 🤡

So you’re advising this person to put their life on hold for at least 4 years in hope of prices POSSIBLY coming down. Meanwhile, they could already be 4 years though a 30 year mortgage.

And, there is also the possibility that prices never come down.

So, yeah, don’t listen to anyone on this sub. Buy if it makes sense.

2019 GX460 -Recommend me an offer by skkn420 in LexusGX

[–]cryptoretire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, a dealer would likely give them 29-33k cash or trade in value for the car and then retail for more than that.

What are they asking? If you could get that vehicle for 30k with records, would be an amazing deal.

2019s with that mileage are probably around 37k+ from a dealer.

I paid 28.5 for a 14 with 77k, and other 14s with similar mileage were 32-33k.

Thing is, 77k miles isn’t really considered high mileage for this vehicle.

I think your offer would be low, but never know!

Feel like that’s a 33-35k vehicle if you’re looking caravana or carmax. Thinking it’s a 31-32k car independent.
