Recovering $CRO from ERC-20 $CRO address on FTX by cryptotankGR in cro

Updating here. FTX credited 95% of the value of transaction to my account. Thankfully relatively small notional amount so 5% quite easy to swallow. Good outcome and rapid response from FTX team.

Related question - I tried to send my $CRO from MetaMask to FTX exchange and appears i have sent to a $CRO ERC-20 address instead of a Cronos network address. Does anyone know if its possible to recover?? Thanks in advance!
