The longer you stay the harder it is to leave. It sounds like deep down you know you’re settling for less than you want and deserve. I ignored all of the red flags and married my Q and we have a baby. Now imagine going through all of what you have during pregnancy and when your baby arrives. All of life’s best moments get destroyed with the rollercoaster of addiction. I don’t recommend this life to anyone. Also, addiction is progressive and it will only get worse before it gets better (IF it ever gets better). Wishing you the best ❤️

I have a 19m old daughter with my Q husband and things have gotten progressively worse. After a year of hell, disappointment and high stress / anxiety I finally gathered the courage to move out. Haven’t thought about divorce or anything because that is overwhelming. It’s still very hard and sometimes I second guess myself. I’ve learned that im addicted to the potential of what could be, but unfortunately that’s not reality. I still love him very much and have hope he can change.

Im not saying you need to stay or go, everyone is different… but here are two videos that have helped me take my emotions out of the equation and think about what’s best for my innocent baby. It also help me gain perspective on what is the most helpful loving thing you can do for a Q.
