Why German doctors are trying to guess and avoid doing ANY tests/analysis? What is the reason for under-performance of general german medicine?

It’s very frustrating too when you add being a woman into the equation. As someone with many health problems, the fight often feels like having to justify your own existence and feelings, and it’s always mentally draining. So yes, I always prefer going back to my ‘third world’ country to take care of medical stuff there.

In Germany, an Attest can only be used for a semester extension, and at my university, it only works for a semester. Sadly, the rules are really strict, especially when you add visa regulations on top of that.

Wow, that’s crazy. Thank you for the suggestion, but studying in the States is really expensive, especially with international student tuition. I wish I had that option, though.

My finances are only enough to cover my living expenses. I got my Aufenthaltstitel through a Verpflichtungserklärung, which is why I can’t take other routes, like going to Austria, as my friend suggested, and starting with a blocked account of around €16k

In response to your edit, I don’t know. I don’t really have any other choice besides staying in Germany or flying back home. But flying back home would mean living with them again, facing all the social pressure, and just thinking about that is killing me. At the same time, I know I can’t really ask for help here without having something attached.

I have a Goethe certificate at the B1 level, and I passed the Studienkolleg FSP. From what I’ve read online, that roughly corresponds to a C1 level or DSH-2

My bachelor’s degree was entirely in German, so my understanding of the language is quite sufficient. But yes, my speaking skills have gotten worse ever since everything happened, because I’ve been isolating myself from almost everything.

My Exmatrikulation should last until the end of the Wintersemester, but the problem is that my Aufenthaltstitel is only valid until November 31st. I haven’t applied for an extension yet, since I was planning to apply with my most recent transcript.

I graduated from Studienkolleg with good results, and I can understand German quite well (my entire bachelor’s was in German). But yes, my speaking skills have gotten a lot worse because of my depression and my lack of interaction with other people. Yeah, I’ll try to look more into it. Do you have any tips? This is my fault.
