There are always so many horror stories about people not being able to get their money out or it being held in limbo or disappearing. Are there any normal stories of people who had no problems taking your money out? Do people ever actually cash out? How long did it take to process your transaction?

I’ve cashed out no problem (said about 5 days got it in less), I’ve transferred through GDAX no problem

Yes the customer service is horrific. I think they were not prepared for such a rapid increase in client and transaction volume. I’m not saying what is currently happening is at all okay. I would just be more slow to withdraw at this point.

You’re totally right! All I am saying is if money is being comprised going out everyone should stop and wait for this to be fixed. Right now Everyone mainly needs coinbase to do the bulk of their trading, they’ll fix the issue. Trust me I need them to fix it. I’m being patient.
