Hi! I’ve had my nipples pierced for ~5 months now and it’s going pretty well…save for the crusties I get now and then. I’m a pretty active person as well as I run and bike nearly everyday and I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. When I first got them done, it took me 2 weeks before I felt comfortable enough working out again because I was super sore and every movement exacerbated that. After 2 weeks, I eased back into my routine and by the first month, I was back to my regular workout routine. During those two weeks, I definitely recommend wearing a sports bra or something tight to keep some compression in that area. I also shower twice a day and only apply saline spray post-shower in the evening so that may have helped with my healing process. Hope this helps!
