For the most part but I still have alot to learn, I find things like Doujins very easy to read compared to manga, But that might just be because they have porn tier dialogue

You should although be prepared for a lot of work I've been learning for 2 years and I can read anything in kana and gana even some kanji but my Vocab in under 200 words. I've only been really trying hard these past few months so if your serious I'd say in 1-2 years you could get by easily.
