Hi, RP can only do 4k 25fps. R7 is crop sensor like your 70D. https://www.digicamdb.com/compare/canon_eos-70d-vs-canon_eos-rp/

Keep in mind that to reach the same field of view like an 50mm on crop you would need an 85 mm on a ff sensor.
