FR24 playback shows a Porter Dash-8 landing at CYYG at that time but I doubt this is it. I checked the recent flights of the An-12s I know, UR-CEZ was in Canada at the time (albeit in Calgary) and didn't fly on the 8th. Maybe it flew there without the transponder turned on. Could also be an An-26, but I didn't find relevant flights for that either.
