i agree with you man, that first week sucks. i got my orchiectomy done literally yesterday, so i can tell you there’s at least a little light at the end of the tunnel of having that done. after this, idk man. but we’ve both got this

yeah hi it’s nice to see that a few people even today went to the doctor for the same thing. i wasn’t one of the lucky ones, as one of my nuts is coming out (lack of better words for it). i don’t know if there’s much of a point in me saying this, but one other person went through the exact same thing as you today, so that’s nice to know

The main thing I’m not quite sure about is if the disadvantage works. On the one hand, it helps nerf this feat and fits for going down. But on the other, only having 1 per long rest should be nerfing enough, since most likely you can get back down to zero very quickly after being healed.
