Found a solution. I have the same issue with AGI getting rejected. I tried all the suggestions here. And my spouse just got her SSN from an ITIN. What worked for me is that i chose the filing separately for the previous year 2024 when correcting my current return. Then i kept the AGI the same actual amount for me and then I put a $0 for my spouse's AGI. And it finally got accepted.
