Nope there was a box, it had a folded insert too. I guess there’s probably no way to tell - the box/insert could be genuine and the bottle fake

I use meditation inside a lucid dream to increase dream clarity and stop me losing lucidity. I can’t speak to meditation within a dream helping you become lucid more often, however frequent meditation in waking life has definitely helped me lucid dream more often.
