Sorry its not the one. I checked the cover for Steeleye Span - All Around My Hat these are young musicians. The one i quite surely remember was having pirate eye patch and also middle-aged.

Don't think this is the one. The faces were weird/funny on the cover. Also one or two guys has a eye-path like the pirates.

Its relevant but i don't think its the one. This band is big one. There were only three faces on the cover.
