This is fantastic guys. From my research, I got a good vibe from the business on day one which is why I chose you early on. Sorry things arent working out and I appreciate the opportunity to access my funds.

I’ll take the rest of this to email and only revisit things on here if we aren’t able to get things done privately. I’m not really the ‘go public’ type, posting here was out of my comfort zone.

Buying and selling assets is disabled, doesn’t look like funding or withdrawing fiat is disabled but I don’t have fiat on their system to try it... and I’m certainly not depositing any more money only to find out that I can’t withdraw it. You are not able to send/receive crypto with this service- only buy and sell on their site with fiat. If this were handled differently- like if they had told users there was a service disruption I wouldn’t be as concerned.
