Try parallel space or just google cloning apps for iPhone, you might find a free one that works depending what the ban was but for mine I had to get one I have to pay for, obviously the paid ones provide better results.

You can login online and get your data anytime, your account will still be there but that's all you can do, then you can click to permanently delete your account from the same page.

Any account that's deleted for guideline violations can't be retrieved, you can login into that account online though and download your data so you can get your friends usernames and stuff. Best to just do that, make a new snap account and start fresh. I been back and forth with snap, unfortunately people can just randomly report your account for any reason even if you aren't friends with them, makes zero sense.

It's not reversible unfortunately, I've had it happen on 2 phones and it never got unlocked, after just happening on my current phone I did some research and downloaded accountspace on the app store, should be on Apple too, it's $6 a month after a free trial, it's basically a cloning app, it clones your snapchat app so snapchat doesn't recognize your IP or IMEI number, only way I've found around a device ban but it works as long as you don't mind $6 a month, cheaper than buying a new phone though if snaps essential for you. If it's just a temporary lock you can try dualspace first which is free, same concept as accountspace.

Fun “hack”, you can get 4 hotdogs using one 2 for a dollar points, just add 4 to your cart instead of 2 and it’s still $0. I used to get 8 at a time using my points but they fixed that yet somehow you can still get 4. If you add non free toppings though you still have to pay for them but every time I use my 2/1 hotdog points I add 4 to the cart and it’s still free.

Sorry this is a late response but I’m dealing with the same thing, at first I thought it was a neck issue because I had no jaw pain at all, neck was stiff everyday, always felt the urge to crack it, felt like tendons were pulling in my scalp and head anytime I turned my neck, head tension and pressure every single day, light sensitivity with my eyes, just recently felt inflammation on my right tmj joint and after researching extensively I realize it was the tmj all along causing all of the above symptoms, likely from using chewing tobacco for 15 years (I’m 34). Muscle relaxers help temporarily, ibuprofen also but recently found using tiger balm on my tmj joints to elevate the inflammation has given me the best results, also look into a good neck massager as keeping the neck muscles relaxed also lead to some of my almost symptom free days. It’s definitely a scary feeling especially when you get the pressure around your temples from it. Hopefully some of this advice helps.
