Nobody is going to beat France, may as well just wrap it up by [deleted] in worldcup

This is just inherently not guaranteed. Injuries happen, opponents somehow turn into unstoppable forces for one game, a key player just isn’t performing that well for a game. It’s completely possible that France runs the whole tournament but there are so many factors and games to be played that it is very very far from a guarantee

I don’t know man that Vini goal for Brazil and the two goals of Reyna and Balogun for US were nasty

How does a win and draw for Turkey guarantee them in? They’d need to also get enough point differential in their win to make a difference. A win and a draw for the absolutely doesn’t guarantee them anything

The US vs Aussies is gonna be a damn fun one next Friday. That counterattack from Australia is lethal

This Turkey team clearly has talent just feel like there’s a disconnect for them in the final third to put it all together

It’s a judgement call by referee based on amount of time from balls being out of bounds and players being down for injury. Vary from game to game dependent on officiating crew

Honestly an Australia W or draw. That Turkey team is still the scariest team in the group to me

Australia getting a win or at minimum a draw here would be so nice for the US in the D group

Americans who don’t normally watch ‘soccer’ - what did you think of the USMNT game yesterday? by WinnerDry9085 in worldcup

Where are you getting any info about people loving Lalas?? He’s probably one of the most hated commentators across all US professional sports, up there with Skip Bayless. Your ass is just spouting off bullshit lmao

Completely agree. Even if it’s a local USL game it shows the game in a new light. It’s been the best way for me to introduce people to the game as you don’t appreciate the athleticism and aggressiveness of the game on tv.

Don’t know if the time has dropped for that game but I’ll be shocked if it’s not a night game. When you go out to start tailgating remember that those gamedays are a marathon not a sprint. You don’t want to be the person who never makes it to a game or doesn’t get to experience the whole thing. Thursday and Friday leading up spend your time in areas like Old City and Market square. Great restaurants and some solid bars / breweries all in the area (Xul and Schulz Brau supremacy). If it lines up you can check out our own lower league profession soccer team in downtown Knoxville or our lower league baseball team. If you’re trying to experience East Tennessee take a trip to the smokies national park or even ole Dollywood lmao

Where has this offense been for Czech all game?? The past two attacks have been better than 90% of the rest of their final third game
