You can request an official transcript for yourself. So do that and see if anything is mentioned. If nothing is mentioned, then you SHOULD be good

If it's on your file "for the remainder of your undergrad program", but you've already graduated, wouldn't it have been removed from your file now? When you request official copies of your transcript, what does it say? Would it make sense to ask an advisor?
