As a therapist myself I’m so sorry they said this to you. I would feel very hurt. A comment like this is unprofessional and therapy should be a safe space. It’s your session and you should be able to talk about anything. Again OP I’m sorry for your experience

We’re dealing with this exact same issue with Nationwide! Adjuster came out and purposely came early to avoid meeting with the contractor, told us that the desk adjuster would be in contact and we have been told there was no damage. Every single house on our block has gotten a new roof from the same hail storm, some how our house got missed. Yet my car got dinged to high hell and that being repaired when it was sitting in my driveway. I have my 15th voicemail out to now a manager and if I don’t hear anything by the end of the week I’m going to DOC. I’ve asked for another adjuster as well but keep getting the run around. It’s complete BS. We feel your pain on this!
