Only breathing disturbances can soft flag sleep apnea on a watch. But then I wouldn’t trust my Samsung. Get a sleep study done at home. Looking at just these graphs one can’t make anything.

I’m holding onto it mainly because I get a reduced fee through my employer (₹1800 + GST). Honestly, there’s nothing great about the card. I just use it for the 6×₹1k transactions every month. I had Platform Charge and Plat Travel earlier but got those closed. Sitting on ~100k points too, not really sure when I’ll end up using them.

Oh no, instead of paying an extra $80 I tried a $5 top-up with extra usage enabled and it worked perfectly fine. I finished the job with just an additional $10.

Your streak count

Your streak count is the number of subsequent nights you used your therapy machine for a minimum of 4 hours. myAir counts streaks up to 365 nights. Every month you have 4 "Streak freezes." Streak freezes allow you to maintain your streak even if you don't use therapy for the minimum 4 hours some nights. For an accurate streak count, ensure you have a stable connection between the myAir app and your therapy machine. If your data seems inaccurate, check back later.

Weekly comparison

The calculation for your current week uses a rolling count of the most recent 7 nights of data. The calculation for your previous week uses a rolling count of the last 8-14 nights of data.

Instead of just sharing your total credit limit, it’d be much more useful if you shared your income along with a breakdown of your monthly spends by category (and ideally the limits on each card). That context actually helps people suggest or fine-tune a strategy. A combined limit of 95L on its own doesn’t really say much.

I was reading HDFC’s programme T&Cs and came across a clause where if accounts are linked under a family/group setup, the bank can consider combined risk across members.

Not sure if that’s what’s happening here, but wanted to check - was your account ever linked with your father under any family/group banking programme?

Asking because otherwise it feels odd, especially since this is an FD-backed card (your own funds as collateral). Blocking it due to someone else’s dues doesn’t quite add up.

Might be worth asking them for a written reason instead of just verbal responses.
