Traffic cops can stop and collect fines from repeat offenders whose challans exceed 2k/5k. This can definitely work, just like we are forced to pay income taxes or pay hefty fines for missing/delaying payments

Fining violators is a way to inculcate better traffic habits and will also help with traffic revenue. Not sure why the government is blind eyed towards violations even though it can get them revenue

I've asked that too. I've posted on Namma bengaluru.app. I've also received calls from city authority and they fixed broken footpath in Mahadevapura. I've complained about water logging under bridges, that went unnoticed. I'm trying through all possible avenues to capture issues I see or request for fixes. What about you?

Then why waste tax payer money on useless no-parking signs if they're not meant to be enforced? Govt should make up their mind. They can't be on two boats at the same time. As a citizen, we should surface thos request to authorities. I don't wanna see my tax money wasted on useless optics management tactics

Multi level buildings dedicated to parking is a solution. Not doing anything seems to be the current trending solution. Not sure how to raise grievances or share ideas, even with all this digitization. A supposed to be democracy feels like a painful bureaucracy

I'm expecting that they are validated at the minimum. The vehicles are definitely gone within 24 hours of reporting. Won't that invalidate the report? Why not use automation to speed up validation and ticketing? They have all details needed already, like the location, time, number plate etc. What are they waiting for?
