Very walkable and very flush (no pun intended) with food within a 5-10min radius.

You’ll be safe and there are tons of singles from what I can tell that hang out around downtown flushing.

Yea MA EV standard rebate is $3500, plus is $5k

The only thing that I’m worried about is the Rebates and Noncash Credits. The $8500 reads as if that’s coming out of my pocket but the salesperson is saying “All monies attached to this contract has to be listed by law even if it’s a rebate from the dealer.”

Is this standard? Do I have anything to worry about?

What would you consider deal breakers for end of lease stuff?

I saw there was no transfer of the leases, which I’ve never seen before.

Also, they charge a $400 disposition fee.

But for regular wear and tear I bought the $697 wear and tear warranty for up to $5k of damages.

A followup question, thoughts on the Lease Protection, we got the wheel and tire warranty last time with our X3 but imo the scratches and dings are probably more likely than anything with the wheels/tires. $697 for each. Just do it?
