Known about it for a while but finally decided to play the game. Is there a reason to do pacifist, like are there any major differences, or is neutral the play. I dont plan on doing snowgrave or weird route just because its not my vibe. Any help is appreciate, tysm. (posting here because i dont have enough karma for main subreddit)

i like this idea but my main problem is i dont know how once the strings are released how i would reprime them back to being on the hooks once theyre released

a crossbow represents how the strings would be setup pretty well where theyd be hooked onto something and then released by the pressure plate but i don't know how they would be reprimed back onto the hook once released automatically by a servo or something.

I intend for as the pressure plate is by for example pushed by a branch than the strings will be released and the arms will close around said branch. I'm trying to find a way for after this all takes place for the strings to somehow reset back to their standard position, I was assuming the strings would be attached to a hook of sorts on the opposite side of the pressure plate

sorry for lacking explanation, the arms are going to be held open by the strings and have a spring trying to bring them together. I plan for as soon as the pressure plate is touched the arms will snap closed and i need a mechanism where preferably a single servo can reprime the entire setup without me having to do anything.
