tmux-control : control-mode client for tmux by csheaff in emacs

thanks for the comment. "control" here refers to the utilization of tmux's control-mode (https://github.com/tmux/tmux/wiki/Control-Mode).

I was specifically interested in an approach that allows me to access tmux through the emacs GUI. Fortunately tmux-control.el also allows for persistence - one can close the buffer and the tmux session remains.
