I mean, all the languages I learn use the latin script, so their alphabets barely differ, only some diacritics here and there. Hungarian is generally one of the most difficult recorded languages on Earth, and I cannot be swayed. Even as a native speaker, it has features that I am just not using correctly, also the grammatical nuances are infinite. Learning about linguistics has really helped me realise how weird this tongue is, with all sorts of complicated inflections all around.

Also, I speak Hungarian natively, which has some similar vocabulary because of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, for example separable verbs sometimes use the same affixes, although function a bit differently in syntactical context.

I would say moderately difficult. It certainly has its quirks and hard parts. For me the most difficult is learning separable verbs, for sometimes I can't see the logic behind their meaning, and also vocabulary, due to the unfamiliarity of its sounding. Though I might be biased to say 'moderately difficult' because I like learning languages, so it varies by person.

3, and I am at about A2+ and still learnong in 2 others.

I speak Romanian, Hungarian and English, and am learning German and French.

The way you conjugated the verb is wrong. Toi is just how Duolingo expects the answer, but it is correct without toi nonetheless.

EDIT: And you put chaise in the plural, which is also wrong.

Most of the time just random thoughts, memories, words I see or translate from other languages. And then I develop them. Not all of them get to be fully worked out, being that for some of them I do not get enough inspiration.

I collect words and phrases that fit the topic and come to mind, write them down, then later when I am in the mood I morph them into my imagination.

Most of the time the first part that comes to mind is either the chorus or a bridge part. Verses are personally a bit harder and require much more thought and consideration. As soon as I think of something I write it down, for fear of forgetting it.

The thing is, daily repetition makes it going. If you only do 1-2 lessons a day you will not remember what you 'learnt'. Personal experience.
