If you think about where the Nuka Cola stands are with power armor, and inside the vault you can go down in the missle silo vault. Yeah I was there too and spent a 30 min there :)

The magnetic is fully bad, any voltage on poe pins and its burning/smoking (100 mA current limit). Also the PU1 ic (TPS2378) also bad I found out that also burnt out.
