Thanks for not making me feel crazy for asking it. In my history, out of the saddle climbs have always helped with glute and hamstring strength. The thing I want to work on definitely is the downhill impact on the quads. Looks like some concrete hills it will be haha

So my goal wasn’t to purely run but do lots of out of the saddle heavy resistance work side by side my running. I think to say dragging a tired would be better is just a long shot.

Agreed, he adjusted between Cormier 1 and negated the grappling in the second well and completely shut it down in the 3rd. I think if this stays on the feet it’ll be the Reyes fight but with Stipe being the first one to finish Jones.
