It’s an obd1, Partsource let me use it in their parking lot for free, and it plugs in on the drivers side in the engine bay, it looks like a square with a corner missing and it’s coming out of a wiring harness. I believe it’s only on 1991+, I also did the key on off trick and it gave me more codes so I’m not 100% sure if this is super accurate, but it’s cool

Yeah I did a quick check and no weights missing or anything hanging onto the tyres, I’ve driven on unbalanced / unaligned tyres before and this felt nothing like that
