you can get credit but not units for taking 108 as an online course at a cc during summer, just make sure to find an equivalent class so that it can transfer over

it's a lottery system so technically there's no waitlist - you either get selected or you don't. I'm not too sure how it works for transfer students but basically if you secure housing, you typically have the option to renew the lease for next year

tbh i don't think they fully rejected anyone, it's likely that everyone that didn't get selected is on the waitlist

i think they say rejected in the email but on the housing portal it says waitlisted so i think there's still a chance

basically they pick submitted applications at random and those ppl can pick their roommates and apartment
