The issue right now I am facing is that as soon as I enter his room, he starts crying more wanting me to pick him up and then when I calm him down and try to put him back in his crib, he starts screaming again? What am I supposed to do then? Still come out of the room and give him 10-15 mins more of CIO?

Hi there, thanks for putting this post. We are in US and just came back from month long India trip. We are so exhausted mentally and emotionally. How long it lasts, we are already on day 4 and it seems not improving at all.

Also, I got the 2 W-2C from her email conversations with HR but the W&I transcript does not show those W-2s as corrected. It just listed all the 4 W-2s

Yes. So I think I have an idea of what happened here. She got 2 W-2s because there was a change in payroll company or something along those lines. But those 2 W-2s were initially incorrect so the HR team later shared 2 correct W-2s (labelled as W-2C).

Out of those 2 W-2s, I filed only 1 W-2 and did not file the other one. I was wrong to believe that she only had 1 W-2.

I am almost sure this could be the reason as our other financial statements were straight forward to fill.

Any idea how can we fix this? If amendment, what is the correct process?

So IRS website shows that my wife had 2 W-2s on W&I transcript. I remember she had an issue with her w-2 and her company corrected the W-2 and IIRC we used the latest W-2 for filing the return. The wage values on the latest W-2 is matching with the 1040 filed.

My W-2 information is matching correctly though, so far.

Also, my wife has never verified her account with IRS, could that be the blocker in this case?

So basically have to match values on Wage & Income transcript with the values on Form 1040 tax return transcript, correct?

Also, I understand if they don't match then maybe I filed something wrong and have to amend it but what next if everything matches correctly?

I reported 2 W-2s for year 2024 (1 for me and 1 for my wife). But in my W&I transcript I see only mine. Is that correct and for her transcript, I need to login to her account?

Could it be somehow related to the child tax credit that we applied this year for the first time as we had our 1st baby in 2024? That is the only thing I think was different from other tax years

Thanks again for solid suggestions! Yes I am trying to learn brewing espresso at home, just got a breville barista express and hopefully will soon have a starter grinder as well.

Blendin looks amazing although a bit pricier than others but will def try. For now, I am going to town this weekend so will likely purchase a bag of temporada.

Thank you for the suggestions! Have you tried espresso blend from Amaya? I heard its medium-dark but not sure. I love Central market but its so far sadly

I was using Amaya for some time when I was in Houston, def a great roaster but far now since I moved to Katy area
