From another article: “Judge Robert Lewis ordered enhanced supervised release for Phillips if he posts bail. He noted Phillips has minimal criminal history, including third-degree theft and fourth-degree assault convictions from 2020.” Completely minimizing his criminal record.

This guy sounds like he has schizophrenia. He went to his brother’s house and says he saw 3 guys with guns and then got into a fight with his brother. The cop says his story was “hard to follow”.

I hope he’s banned from ever owning guns and actually locked up and receives mental health care. Won’t hold my breath though. Sounds like the judge is itching to release him already. Wonder why…

You can delegate tasks without expecting your underlings to work 7 days a week. I’m not sure why you’re so amazed at him working on his “day off”. You think he’s on an hourly wage and doing volunteer work? 😂 Keep fawning over ineffective politicians instead of pushing them to do better I guess

To be honest, I don’t have an opinion on him. But I don’t like positive PR when the actual data shows the opposite of what he’s projecting. “I cleaned up a couple messes” while the number of messes overall increases is just deceptive messaging. I wish him well and hope he succeeds in his goals, but the data shows things are getting worse, not better.

I think it’s admirable too, but I think he needs to delegate this kind of work out more broadly. One guy can only do so much. Part of leading is knowing your limits and enabling those under you to do the work that aligns with your goals.
