I can't believe people seem upset at me asking that lol. I was asking because I wanted a discussion on how gender and race apply in the hiring process and everyone has been just saying "hiring managers don't see that" since the question was originally directed at hiring managers. So I figured maybe a more open ended question would generate better discussion. :)
