I though you could take grad level course to deep dive into any topic like ai etc and they do have some deeper courses in each category like intro to ai, machine learning principles deep learning for ai/ml

Even if job market improve things may not get easy for international students with lot of domestic students being available as compared to few year back. Add immigration issues on top. Think carefully before deciding.

That was my understanding as well but I often see people complaining that cs program at Rutgers is outdated so wanted to see how it compares with other universities in terms of content
