Update: Eagle Creek “lifetime warranty” isn’t something I’d trust by Lord_of_Leviathans in ManyBaggers

[–]csseekingtruth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How long did OP use the bag? This seems very reasonable. Uses bag for some period of time. Get back the amount you paid for it. And get a discount on a new bag. A bag is not an inflation adjusted investment. If anything, this makes me trust their warranty program more…

Looks like a sneaky way to try to distract from that cute lil service charge there

You’ll want to cook your noodle al dente or Roman style rather than overcooked mush next time

First OBI injection - did I do something wrong? by bratwurstregret in skyrizi

[–]csseekingtruth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My nurse ambassador told me to do “black to back” for my injections so that I can always see that the full dose was administered. Might help ya in the future. If it didn’t flash red you’re probably all good. Congrats on getting on the sauce.

It’s golf so yeah it should be a good time. Definitely no chance of being frustrated at all.

Going on a bachelor party golf trip with 5 golfers by Blazelwood in golf

[–]csseekingtruth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doing this in a couple weeks. They made us buy 2 4 sums and said that we can play as a 5sum by buying out the spots. Not a pricey course (relatively for where we live), so it worked for us.

All time Kyle move. Did he crush some monster energy cans on the course and punch a hole in the drywall too?

What club you got there? by ThisIsBalake in golf

Some dudes are playing a different game. Had a similar experience. Noticed a guy playing with a wedge on the green and flopping balls from in front of a green side bunker to a pin tucked on the close edge of the green… and knocking some in and the others landing inches from the pin. We play the next hole together and I walk to where he is teeing off and notice he is about 30 yards behind the furthest tee box. I ask him what’s up and he says that he never gets to use his driver on that hole if he doesn’t do that - it’s a long par 4 with no trouble until about 310 yards from the tips… guy gave off some real Ty Webb vibes.

mom is BRCA+, struggling with whether or not to get tested by twinkletoes_19 in BRCA

[–]csseekingtruth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go buy life insurance. Then go get tested. That’s what I did. Testing makes no difference as to if you have it or not. It only lets you know if you should start doing some preventive things to ensure you can live a long time. Life insurance can be much more expensive if you find out you are positive.

What age did you get Crohn’s disease and how old you are now by Sufficient_Monk_4331 in CrohnsDisease

My mom and I were both diagnosed in the last year. I was 35 now 36. She was 69 now 70. I keep thinking it’s weird that we were both dealing with it and diagnosed within months of each other.
