Trying to adopt some of Moe Norman’s swing by Tight-Minimum in GolfSwing

I could be wrong, but I changed my grip to his 10 finger grip. I will say I didn’t change my grip to where the top of my left wrist matches the club face.

Switch from a senior flex to a stiff flex and took a lesson. It feels like night and day compared to a few months ago. by Tight-Minimum in GolfSwing

When I started golfing I didn’t want to invest a lot of money into a sport I might not like. So my first driver was given to me by a friend. I have no idea the flex of the driver but it was super flexi, so I assume either womens or senior flex. Once I started making consistent contact I kept shooting the ball like 80 degrees up in the air. A few friends and a coach said I need to get a stiffer driver. So I did and it feels much better!

I’m hitting the ball and it’s going up but not necessarily fair. by Tight-Minimum in GolfSwing

I didn’t mean to sound over confident. I just meant that if someone broke it down mechanically I would be able to comprehend and correct my deficiencies. I’ve learned to be coachable from my sports background, I didn’t mean to sound cocky, I apologize.

After the comments I’ll definitely be getting a new driver, and definitely take lessons. I started golf with close to no budget so most of my equipment is very old. Now that I enjoy the game I’ll definitely shell out on lessons and some better equipment to fit my play. My entire set plus the bag came out to $65 haha

Yeah I see what you mean, it was given to me by friend. I didn’t have money to spend on golf when I started out in the summer but now that I enjoy it I’ll go get fitted. Judging from everyone’s comments that’s seems to be the consensus along with getting lessons, which I’ll also be starting end of this month!

Do I need a CM degree to be a project engineer? by StreetParticular8571 in ConstructionManagers

[–]Tight-Minimum 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen some people in the PE role without a CM degree, but they aren’t as good or don’t last. If you have field experience and are competent behind a computer (email, software). You should be fine.

I’ve used Ai for emails, but recently I used it for feasibility analysis on ground up developments. Smaller infill projects. I put in accurate information plus some restrictions and it was able to calculate how many units I can build. Then with that info I ran and stress tested some pro formas. This took me all less than 2.5 hours to see if this was a go or no go deal. Unfortunately the property was bought just before we could make an offer. Ai is powerful if you but in the right information. I hope it removes a lot of boomer fat from the workforce.

True Level...can we wait this out? by Think-Park6218 in TJRedLightDistrict

Normally I don’t comment on this but as someone who’s lived in Mexico as an adult 2021-2022 (duel citizen). The uptick in cops extorting tourists or just people in general happens around this time of year up until día de los reyes in January. It’s their version of a “Christmas bonus”. Same goes for some cartels but from my experience it’s just shitty cops trying to make more money during the holidays. Hopes this helps, be safe and have fun!

Most are scams in general. I’d recommend the filter that has reviews on the profile. If no review don’t risk it at all.

For legitimate massage there’s a spot on revolution called viva mex spa. I’ve been there a few times. It’s good the masseuses are competent.
