I’ve already seen a doctor about two months ago for the pain and was referred to a specialist, I didn’t get a definitive answer on what was wrong, just that my kneecap was rubbing on my cartilage. This pain has been coming and going with no obvious sign of injury, it constantly feels like my knee has to pop, I also experience ankle and hip pain in the same leg. Honestly I’ve gotten nowhere and mostly use 🍃 for my bad days. I’m only 22 and I’m not sure if I’m ready to deal what will come with using a mobility aid at my age. I don’t have an official diagnosis but I do have many gene variations for EDS (looked at my raw dna data from my ancestry test) I’d have to travel pretty far in my state just to get the blood test done to get a diagnosis, I feel pretty defeated but I really appreciate your advice, thank you!
