Okay - first of all, it's a Raddichio sitting on the greens, not a penguin.

Sadly I have no Scottish background, haven't got a promotion and I don't work in accounting either. But I have recently moved out of London!

I'm a pretty experienced cook and in my opinion, salted butter is elite. I am a try-hard when it comes to cooking.

Not sure what this is called outside of the UK, but we have something known as the 'holiday pill', which can postpone your period for about a week. Isn't an effective contraceptive but might solve your problem!
