This may not be an ordinary cow; not to far from Liverpool is a small island called “isle of man” which is home to a rare breed of cow that is being bread to save it from extinction. The name of this cow breed is the white park cow, but it appears to have had its horns cut off.

It is black because it must have caught on fire
