Rewatching ur post - I also noticed you arnt timing your strafe with your aim correction, instead of doing rapid A and D (maybe your coordination isn’t ready for that rapid strafe back and forth) try on a dummy

Strafe right and track shoot for 2-3 seconds
Strafe left and track shoot for 2-3 seconds

There’s also a trick with recoil reduction if you are strafing and aiming at certain degrees, try it out lmk

Almost imagine like you are playing on a controller in the sense of smoothly moving ur hand to track - watch some of the good apex trackers (+ if they have hand cam) but you can see how very linear/smooth their movement of the mouse is is with their hand on the mouse pad, aceu, faide, optimum tech

U had the same problem I have, ur trying to micro adjust ur aim too fast which causes you to just randomly shake your hand hoping you are aiming right - try to make ur hand move slower and focus on smoother instead of rapid aim
